Hannon T. Ford
Certified Elder Law Attorney*
Hannon is a Certified Elder Law Attorney* (CELA), certified by the National Elder Law Foundation. He earned a degree of Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2001. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Minnesota and South Dakota. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics (B.A.) from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
Hannon is the Author or Co-Author of the following books and publications:
"Estate Planning Strategies: Collective Wisdom, Proven Techniques", 2009. University of MN Extension Book "Farm Transition and Estate Planning: Create Your Farm Legacy", The Medical Assistance Booklet and more.
Hannon teaches public, private and continuing education (CE, CLE and CEU) courses to professionals and individuals on estate planning, farm succession planning, medical assistance planning, asset protection and retirement planning.
Hannon is a graduate of Estate Planning Practicums I & II, intensive training courses for members of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. He is also trained by Wealth Counsel in advanced estate planning techniques. Hannon continues his education annually including frequent trips to the Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning.
Hannon is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Missouri State Bar Association, WealthCounsel (a national community of estate planning attorneys)
On a personal note, Hannon is married to Holly L. Ford from St. Paul, Minnesota with six children; Eliza, Zadok, Faith, Edson, Anson and Toran.
Hannon enjoys the outdoors, golf, throwing pottery and permaculture design.
Miranda Bales
Client Services Coordinator
Legal Assistant
Miranda excels at managing our office. She coordinates all client meetings, workshops and assists the attorney.
Miranda also coordinates funding of trusts.
Miranda is passionate about dachshunds. She loves to travel to conventions and promote her art with her friends.
Holly L. Ford
Part Time Legal Assistant, Full Time Homemaker
Holly assists the attorney and staff as needed.
She is also Hannon's wife and eternal companion, mother of six kids (three of whom are still at home).
